Our Story

Rocky Cat Brewery was born in Ängelholm out of a simple idea: that great beer deserves great company. The four of us — friends long before we were brewers — turned a shared obsession into a taproom where locals gather, explore, and linger. Since opening our doors, we’ve dedicated ourselves to the art of the IPA — crafting soft, hazy pours with bold, unexpected flavors — always with curiosity as our compass. Every batch we brew carries a little piece of who we are, and every pint we pour is an invitation to pull up a stool and stay a while. Small batch, hands-on, and proudly independent — this is brewing the way we always dreamed it could be.

Passions and Goals

The four of us have spent more evenings than we can count debating hop profiles, testing dry-hop ratios, and chasing that perfect hazy pint. That curiosity is at the heart of everything we do at Rocky Cat. Our goal is not just to brew great IPAs — it’s to keep pushing the boundaries of a style we truly love, one unexpected flavor combination at a time. We take our craft seriously, but never ourselves — brewing should be fun, and we want every visit to feel like dropping in on old friends. Beyond the brewery, we want to build something lasting: a gathering place for curious drinkers in Ängelholm who believe, like we do, that the best beer is always the one shared with good people.
